The project comprises the development of a half-acre, wedge-shaped site within a gated residential community, program elements include a walking track, designated BBQ zone, outdoor fitness equipment area, washroom facilities, and a children’s play zone, the layout is optimized to maximize functionality within the constrained footprint while maintaining clear circulation and spatial coherence.
