The project involves the adaptive reuse of a derelict factory’s open yard, converting it into a hospitality program that supports the adjacent industrial workforce. The intervention introduces a structured outdoor dining zone with festive spatial elements, complemented by modular configurations capable of supporting corporate events and medium-scale gatherings. Material selection and spatial planning emphasize durability, flexibility, and environmental responsiveness.
